Oundle Box Office
The Oundle Music Trust runs the Oundle Box Office, which sells tickets for its own and other local third parties.
Terms and conditions of sale of tickets
The Oundle Music Trust organises the Oundle International Festival, Oundle Cinema and Music in Special Places, tickets for which are sold through the Oundle Box Office. The following conditions of sale relate to tickets for these events and, unless they have their own terms and conditions in place, the events of third party organisers using the services of the Oundle Box Office.
The Oundle Music Trust or the event organiser reserves the right in reasonable circumstances (i) to refuse admission to an event venue (ii) to request any ticket holder to leave a venue and (iii) to take appropriate action to enforce this right.
Late-comers will only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance.
Photography and the use of any video or audio recording equipment are prohibited.
Tickets are sold subject to the event organiser’s right to make any alterations to the artists, programme or any other advertised arrangements.
All ticket discounts are subject to availability.
Any lost, stolen or destroyed tickets are not eligible for replacement due to their cash value.
Booking fees are currently charged per transaction (please note, not per ticket) for all tickets purchased on the website or by telephone. The booking fee is payable in addition to the ticket price. This will be clearly notified to you during the booking process. By confirming your request to book tickets, you agree to pay the booking fee in addition to the ticket price. These fees make a contribution to the running of the Oundle Box Office. There are no booking fees for ticket purchases made in person in the Box Office, 4 New Street, Oundle. PE8 4EA.
All ticket sales are final. We are only able to offer refunds on tickets for performances which are sold out and only when we are guaranteed to resell them. An administration fee of £2 will be charged per refund transaction. All refunds will only be made to the original purchaser of the tickets.
If an event is cancelled, the organisers of the event will attempt to contact each patron. The Oundle Box Office will also advertise the cancellation of an event on their website and via social media. How replacement tickets or refunds will be distributed will be confirmed at the time of the cancellation. Any refunds will be for the ticket price and will not include the booking fee.
Children under 16 attending as members of audiences remain the responsibility of their parents/guardians/carers.
Unless stated otherwise, copyright and other intellectual property rights in the contents of this website are owned by, or licensed to, Oundle Music Trust. You may only print (or download to disk) the Contents for the purpose of private and personal non-commercial use, and may not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit, in any form whatsoever, or by any means, the contents without the express permission of Oundle Music Trust (Please see "Further Inquiry").
