Oundle for Organists - General Information

Application Dates

The latest dates for applications are:

• POTS: 30 March 2013
• Summer School: 15 June 2013
• Advance: 16 August 2013

Applications for POTS and the Summer School courses should be accompanied by a reference from the applicant’s regular keyboard tutor.
Send no money with your application.

Fees

Once we have contacted you offering you a place the payment of fees should be made as follows:

• POTS: within two weeks
• Summer School: deposit within two weeks and balance by 15 June
• Advance: within two weeks.

Payment can be made by cheque payable to Oundle Music Trust and sent to:
Oundle for Organists, 4 New Street, Oundle, Peterborough, PE8 4ED
Payment can also be made by bank transfer (details provided with offer of place).

Bursaries

Many students are able to gain some financial help from their school/college/cathedral/church/local organist association. However, we never like to turn anyone away who really should be benefiting from the Oundle experience but who may genuinely not be able to manage the course fees. Thanks to The Royal College of Organists, generous benefactors and trust funds we are often able to subsidise the cost or advise about further possible sources of assistance.

Travel

Oundle in Northamptonshire is an attractive and historic market town on the A605, 12 miles west of Peterborough with easy road access via A1M or A14. We can meet trains at Peterborough station (on main London Kings Cross to Edinburgh line, operated by East Coast and First Capital Connect).
