V E N U E   I N F O R M A T I O N

Oundle International Festival uses several venues to promote its concerts, which all differ in the facilities they offer.
Listed below are notes on each of the venues:

Festival Club, Milton Road, Oundle (and Marquee)
Once again the Festival will be using the very comfortable Common Room and gardens in Milton Road (almost opposite Oundle School Chapel, will be signposted as a Festival Club). The bar will be open there for pre-or post-concert drinks, and the lawn behind is where the Marquee will be sited, and used as the venue for several concerts. Access for the disabled is limited, please phone 01780 470297 before making booking; car parking at the Gascoigne Building or Swimming Pool car parks (see map on page 20); toilets.

St Peter’s Parish Church, Church Street, Oundle PE8 4AL
Wheelchair ramp; comfortable chairs; toilets; pillars, refreshments available (where indicated) outside the church porch; parking please use the Gascoigne Building car park (see map page 20).

Oundle School Chapel, Milton Road, Oundle
Wheelchair ramp; spaces for wheelchairs but preferably notified in advance when booking so chairs can be removed; wooden chairs (so please bring a cushion); no toilets (available across the road at the Festival Club, see below); refreshments available (where indicated) outside the church West door or across the road at the new Festival Club; car parking at either the Gascoigne Building or the Swimming Pool (see map page 20).

The Jesus Church, Stoke Hill, West Street, Oundle PE8 4BH
Comfortable chairs; no toilets; wheelchair ramp; parking - there is a long stay public car park on Benefield Road some 250 yards from the church.

St Mary’s and All Saints Church, Fotheringhay PE8 5HZ
Wheelchair ramp; no toilets but for main concerts portable toilets will be installed outside church, including disabled; wooden pews (so please bring a cushion), with some chairs in the nave and side aisles; parking outside church on street, although sometimes off-street parking available near-by; long gravel drive up slight incline to church – arrangements can be made for the disabled to have vehicle access to the door, but please phone in advance – 01780 470297.

Great Hall, New Street, Oundle PE8 4GH
Seating on plastic chairs (bring a cushion); toilets, and for the disabled; wheelchair ramp; parking at Gascoigne Building car park.

Stahl Theatre, West Street, Oundle PE8 4EJ
Wheelchair access; seats can be removed for wheelchair space but this needs to be advised in advance when booking; toilets, and for the disabled; parking on street or Long Stay car park in Benefield Road; bar open before film showings.

The Creed Chapel, Ashton, Oundle PE8 5LD
Portable toilets; parking available in nearby field; drop-off point near entrance for disabled – level gravel path but uneven grassy seating areas; refreshments available.

Oundle School Playing Fields (Fireworks Concert),
Ample car parking adjacent to site; spaces reserved for Blue Badge holders; toilets, and for the disabled; bring rugs or low-backed chairs, no seating provided; refreshments available (bars, food etc).
