TICKET RETURNS & REFUNDS

Tickets purchased through Oundle Box Office are not eligible for refunds (with the exception of Picnic in the Park 2012)

However, in the case of an event being sold out, we will attempt to re-sell any returned tickets.  Refunds will only be made if and when the returned tickets are re-sold.

LOST, STOLEN or DESTROYED TICKETS

Tickets should always be treated like cash as general admission tickets cannot be replaced.

Please keep them in a safe place and be sure to store them where they can be easily found again.
