Creative Projects Associate
To lead on commissioning and energising artistic programming, developing innovation in audience participation and engagement. Annual fee £10,500, for 35–40 days.

Development Associate
To develop a new Fundraising Strategy, lead on new partnerships and on diversifying Oundle Music Trust’s income from the public, charitable, private and commercial sectors. Annual fee £10,500, for 45–50 days.
