Administrative Director and Administrator, Oundle for Organists
Following a recent organisational review, OMT is seeking to fill these two postitons and welcomes applications from suitably qualified individuals interested in working with one of the East Midlands’ leading arts organisations. A new role which has responsibility for all aspects of the administration of the organisation including finance, funding, liaison with venues, volunteers, box office, marketing and technical, and to report on this to board meetings.
You will be efficient and proactive with proven administrative experience in the arts and with excellent interpersonal and IT skills. You will also be comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases and enjoy the detail of event planning.

You will be efficient and proactive with proven administrative experience, excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to help young musicians achieve their goals. You will need to have proven IT skills and the ability for sound logistical planning.
This is a part time role, approximately 1.5 days per week, with flexible hours, but with the need to be present though out the residential courses (currently one long weekend in April and one week during the Oundle International Festival in July, with the possibility of two more).
Driving licence essential. Salary c. £20,000 pro rata
Interviews will take place in Oundle on 17 and 19 November 2014.
